How we work
Four phases and one rule that is not up for negotiation: nothing reaches production without being validated first.
We assess the starting position and the objectives set out. The scope of the work comes from that assessment, not from a fixed catalogue.
The solution and its risk limits are defined, then tested against historical data before going anywhere near production.
Gradual rollout, with caps and parameters reviewable at every phase. If a metric moves out of range, it stops and is corrected.
From that point the operation is ours. Systems remain under continuous supervision and are reported on periodically.
